Payment Terms :
1. Payment Structure: Payments for software development and implementation projects are structured as follows:
- Master • 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.Reports
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.
- For ready-to-install software, 100% advance payment is required before installation.
2. Tally Data Responsibility : We do not accept responsibility for any loss or corruption of Tally data in cases where our software is integrated with Tally. Clients are responsible for backing up and ensuring the integrity of their Tally data.
3. No Refund Policy: Once a project has commenced following client confirmation, payments made are non-refundable.
4. Project Initiation: Projects will commence upon confirmation via email from the client.
